We are ONE!

praise the Lord! by God's grace and sustenance, the Young Adults' Fellowship celebrates her 1st anniversary today! :) it's hard to believe how a year has passed; our inauguration day is still so fresh in our minds...

i thank God for the many people who came to be with us on this special occasion and for sharing our joy as we celebrate and recount how the Lord has been so good and faithful to us. i'm so grateful for the many blessings and words of encouragement showered on us and i'm sure each and every YAFer deeply appreciates them too :)

it is my earnest prayer that, like many shared today, tho we're small, may we persevere and continue to "...consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works; not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as (we) see the day approaching." (hebrews 10:24-25) to God be the glory, great things He hath done! :)

well-spent tuesday :)

a call from a thai friend just 5 minutes ago, really made my day :) was really thoughtful of her to give a surprise call from the place i so miss. but as i thought about it, i felt rather bad that she had to pay 5 baht per minute and we talked for over 12 minutes! aof, khob koon mak kha! :)

besides this phone call, today has been a rather well-spent day too. cos i spent it with daddy and mommy...from breakfast at the coffee shop, to habourfront and then to imm for lunch! it was quite rushed cos my dear papa had a flight to catch...but we still had time for me and mommy to do some shopping! heh :b

honestly, i know that they've been really trying their best to spend as much time as they can with me these days, and i really really appreciate how they try to speak my love language. uncle daniel's right, don't make ppl guess. tell them what exactly is your love language :) and when daddy called to say he had arrived at the airport, before he hung up, he added, "love you". perhaps i haven't noticed it in the past...but that meant a lot to me. thank you daddy and mommy!
